Who is eligible for Nirman Shramik?

- Applicant must be Indian citizen and permanent resident of Odisha state.
- The children of building or construction workers registered with Odisha building and other construction worker welfare board (OB&OCWW) for at least one year.
- The student studying in class 6th or higher at recognised institution.
- The candidate have passed previous Academy examination.
- Candidate with minimum 50% attendance in current academic session.
- The student belongs to any category General, SC, ST, OBC, SEBC, or EBC.
