Objectives of the National Bamboo Mission

The primary objective to introduce this scheme is to promote scientific beekeeping, increase Honey production and improve income of the farmers and beekeepers. The mission also focus on research quality testing and marketing support to ensure that Indian honey and letter products made International standards.
