- First of all you need to visit the official website.i.e. https://medisep.kerala.gov.in.
- On the home page you need to click on download he health card option.
- After that you need to select your category as a employee or pensioner.
- If you are an employee, select “Employee/PEN.
- If you are a pensioner, select “Pensioner/PPO.
- Enter your PEN or PPO number, date of birth, and the captcha code.
- Download the medisep id card.
- Take a printout and save it for future reference.
