Follow the below mention steps to download medisep id card:

• First of all you need to visit the official website.i.e. https://medisep.kerala.gov.in.
• On the home page you need to click on download he health card option.
• After that you need to select your category as a employee or pensioner.
• If you are an employee, select “Employee/PEN.
• If you are a pensioner, select “Pensioner/PPO.
• Enter your PEN or PPO number, date of birth, and the captcha code.
• Download the medisep id card.
