Primary objective:
The primary objective of the scholarship to encourage the students studying in class XI (Science stream) to continue their Academy goals. It is not a just financial aid program it is a platform that provide selected students introduction to various scientific activities, workshops, lectures by experts, and interactive learning session. The selected Scholars will become a part of community of future scientist and innovators.
The primary focus of this is scholarship is also on early identification of talent. JBNSTS begins nursing potential scientist write after the class X. That this is scholarship help the students to stay motivated and connected with the word of science during critical 2 years of Higher Secondary Education (Class XI & XII).
The Eligible applicants will get monthly type and annual book grant selected students are often given access to special mentoring program science camp and exposure to Real world scientific research and development. And this early exposure is also helpful to play an important role in shaping their thinking and aspiration.
If any student who want to become physicist, doctor, engineer, discharger or innovator, this is scholarship is helpful for them to provide them support and recognition at the young age.
Eligibility criteria for JBNSTS Junior Scholarship 2025:
Applicant must be eligible as per below mention requirement.
- Applicant have passed Class X board examination.
- Candidate must have minimum 75% marks.
- The applicant enrolled in Class XI (science stream) in a recognized school in West Bengal.
- Candidate have chosen at least three subjects from following Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Statistics, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
